Electricity 
There is a £1 coin in slot prepayment meter for electricity for hall heating and a separate £1 coin in slot prepayment meter for kitchen appliances (cooker, kettle, hot water, etc) The prepayment meters are located in the electricity cupboard.

Water
The stop tap for the water to the hall is located on th
e left-hand side just inside the doorway in the gent’s toilet.

Gas
There is a Gas Hob and Oven in the kitchen. There are 2 gas bottles located outside the hall to the side of the kitchen. They are configured with an Auto changeover facility. Details of the Auto changeover feature can be found here.
